Terms and Conditions


  • Delivery varies depending on quantity.
  • We mainly deliver to UK address mainly but shipping abroad can be arranged but the delivery charge may increase.
  • All items will be despatched within 2 working days of recieving cleared payment. You will be notified when your item(s) have been despatched. In the unlikely occurance of a delay, you will be notified in this period explaining the situation.
  • All items are sent through Royal Mail Delivery and can be expected to arrive within 3 days of despatch.


  • All items are hand checked before despatch to ensure they are of a satisfactory and expected condition and quality, however, should the item(s) be damaged or faulty, you will recieve a full refund without fail. If you would like to return an item, you will have to notify us via email and return the item within 5 working days of recieving it. We will not refund the item(s) if the tags are damaged or removed.
  • If your item is the wrong size or fit, we can exchange the item for a more suited size provided the original garment still has the tags connected and not damaged in any way. You must notify us within 5 working days in order to qualify for your item(s) to be exchanged. If the desired size is not available and therefore cannot be despatched, you will recieve a full refund. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
